UltraGenda receives a dozen welcomes by the healthcare community in Martinique

The Carribean island, Martinique is rolling out an ambitious regional healthcare IT project. And we are pleased to announce that the appointment scheduling component has been awarded to UltraGenda.

All 12 hospitals on the island will use our enterprise-wide scheduling solution, UltraGenda Pro. Online referrals and online bookings will be conducted via UG Broka and management reporting at both the hospital- and regional-level will be done via UG Contacts Store.

The project, which will start in the second half of 2009, is part of the replacement program for existing hospital information systems (HIS) that is being lead by a consortium run by the French company SQLi. The project includes the integration of the various UG solutions with other components of the new HIS.

Martinique is one of the 26 administrative regions in France and has some 400.000 inhabitants. This is UltraGenda’s second overseas customer, following Nouméa on the Pacific island of Nouvelle Calédonie.
