Training session: Functional configuration and administration of UltraGenda Pro

This training course is aimed at new staff who will be responsible for the administration of one or more departments, and application administrators who want to freshen up their knowledge of UG Pro. You will discover the concepts of hospital-wide appointment scheduling and you will learn how you, as an application administrator, can set up a successful UG Pro installation within your organisation or department. The following subjects are covered:

• How is the appointments function distributed within your organisation? The 3 configuration levels, access rights, delegation and inheriting settings.
• How is the availability of doctors, rooms and equipment defined? The use of templates, sessions, occupancy rates and unavailability.
• Working with single appointments – appointment types, questions and answers, instructions and coding. What configuration sequence would be recommended?
• Introduction to multi-resource appointments, order set appointments and recurring appointments.
• How schedules are made accessible to other departments; configuration and setup of multi-site environments.
• The importance of closing appointments.
• The use of views, search groups, instructions and preferences for supporting the end users.

Prior knowledge:
You are familiar with the end-user functions of UG Pro.

Method:
Hands-on training course with practical exercises. Each participant has an individual workstation available.
