Danish municipalities plan after-care activity with UltraGenda Pro

That UltraGenda Pro is not just a hospital-wide scheduling system but an all-round, fully-fledged booking service for healthcare is proven on a daily basis by numerous health centers (or‘Sundhedscentre’) in Denmark.

‘Sundhedscentre’ are a new element in the Danish health care system, brought about by the national structural reform of the public sector. They operate in most of the Danish municipalities since 2007 and offer after care and rehabilitation services as well as advice with regard to health promotion and prevention of diseases. The purpose of the services is to empower the citizens in taking greater responsibility of their own health.

In the health centers that use UltraGenda Pro for booking and scheduling, our solution is integrated with the Electronic Healthcare Record from our partner CSC Scandihealth. Reporting is done via UG Contacts Store. UltraGenda Pro also triggers an sms service, reminding patients about their upcoming appointment.

Amongst the users of our solutions are the health centers in the main cities of Arhus and Copenhagen but also those in numerous smaller municipalities. Our market share is still growing.
