Imperturbable: UltraGenda’s expansion continues
The economy may not be in its best shape, but luckily the climate remains good for UltraGenda. It’s no wonder, really. By using our software, hospitals can become more efficient and cost-effective, and that is exactly what it takes to succeed these days. Investing in solutions from UltraGenda pays. And it pays instantly.
Large-scale, ambitious HIS projects not only generate monstrous bills but also increasing disappointment and frustration. Therefore, it makes perfect sense that hospitals are choosing software that can bring them quality, reliability and proven savings.
In recent months, our expansion has continued in all of our main markets. In Denmark, Glostrup hospital implemented UltraGenda Pro and yet another region has decided to use our solutions for the planning of its health centers. After a long and in-depth bidding process, the St. Elisabeth hospital of Tilburg (in the southern part of Holland) ultimately chose UltraGenda, and will soon integrate our solution with their existing CPOE system. Also in the Netherlands, SHL has come aboard. SHL provides supporting functions and services (in terms of both care and logistics) to first line medicine in the region.
In our home market, Belgium, both the Nikolaas hospital in Sint-Niklaas and the Centre Hospitalier de Réadaptation et de Psychiatrie du Brabant Wallon chose to go down the UG path.
We also had growth in France, where the hospitals of Dieppe en Elbeuf at the coast of Normandy placed their appointment management in our capable hands.
Many of our existing customers have also expanded their relationship with UltraGenda, either by substantially increasing the number of their hospitals using our software (as did General Healthcare in the UK), or by purchasing more of our modules after UG Pro was successfully in place. For example, the University hospital in Gent, Belgium has added UG Broka to their existing solution; Trafford NHS Trust in the UK and the hospital of Draguignan in Southern France, among others, have implemented UG Track Pro; and a large number of customers who have come to appreciate the benefits of accurate, up-to-date information management have brought UG Contacts Store into the mix.
