Important developments at UltraGenda

I am pleased to share some important news with you — news about exciting international developments regarding iSOFT, the group of companies UltraGenda became a part of in February 2010.

The iSOFT Group has recently been acquired by CSC, a leader in technology-enabled solutions and services that ranks among the world’s best outsourcing, consulting and systems integration companies. With the acquisition, iSOFT will form a key part of CSC, which already has more than 6,000 of its 91,000 people worldwide, focused on healthcare IT. This alliance will create important new possibilities for further innovation in healthcare IT.

As part of the iSOFT Group, UltraGenda will also be joining CSC. Becoming a part of CSC will strengthen our position in the marketplace, allowing us to use the resulting striking force to your benefit.

Of course, we will continue to develop our software, which you have come to rely on as high quality, reliable and innovative, in the same vein we always have. In addition, we will now be able to provide you with even more integration options as well as the knowledge and range of services that a global company has to offer.

For you as our customer or partner, UltraGenda will very much remain the company you know: the same people, the familiar location in Destelbergen, and the same spirit of collaboration. We will remain recognizable and agile, but—at the same time—become a part of a much larger, multinational corporation that will offer added value to our customers in terms of broader integration and additional services.

Thanks to your trust and enthusiasm, we have been able to develop our innovative planning products into the robust solution that is currently being used in more than 150 hospitals in Europe and elsewhere.
