UltraGenda offers a suite of web-native, best in class solutions to support generic patient logistic and planning processes. Our applications complement the functions of the hospital information system (HIS) -of any HIS- and hence also the offering of many HIS vendors.

At the heart of UltraGenda's product suite sits UltraGenda Pro. This groundbreaking enterprise-wide scheduling solution was launched at the beginning of this century and has made our reputation ever since. UltraGenda Pro is so extremely configurable, that it can meet the requirements of all departments and clinics. It therefore acts almost naturally as the primary planning layer. Like all other UG applications, UltraGenda Pro is web native and easy to integrate with other HIS components. In the solution, primary resources such as physicians, operating rooms or modalities are planned. UltraGenda Pro is the reference for enterprise-wide scheduling in Europe and is in use in more than 100 leading hospitals across nine countries.

The online referral- and booking platform UG Broka is the extension of UltraGenda Pro to the outside world. Via UG Broka, family doctors (or other authorized actors) can refer their patient to the hospital online with due observance of all the specific referral rules of the clinic (or even individual physician) concerned. The patient can then make his appointment either by phone (the hospital just picks up the referral and converts it), or even online! Certain patients (dialysis patients for example) or patient groups can even be granted the right to book a specific appointment online without prior referral. All the bookings take into consideration the specific rules of the clinic. With the combination of UltraGenda Pro and UG Broka the revolution of online bookings hits at the back door.

For the secondary planning layer, UltraGenda offers two solutions: UG Bedman for bed planning and UG Bravoure for the planning of patient transport and portering.

As a result of ever shortening bed stays the planning functions of traditional ADT (admissions, transfers and discharges) systems can no longer meet the needs of today's hospitals. UG Bedman complements traditional ADT systems rather than replacing them, although and user functions for ADT are available as an option. Via UG Bedman, bed occupancies can be precisely reserved and forecasted. When booking an appointment in the primary planning layer (UltraGenda Pro), UG Bedman checks whether a suitable bed is available and books it. Optimization of bed occupancies is done via a complex algorithm.

UG Bravoure is our planning and management module for patient transport. It receives its information from the primary planning layer (UltraGenda Pro) as well as from bed management (UG Bedman or the existing ADT system). For each project, UG Bravoure is integrated with the hospital's mobile communication system so as to enable porters or ambulance staff to receive new jobs, accept or decline them and clock off or sign out as appropriate.

'Generic solutions for generic issues', that is UltraGenda's device. Follow-up of appointments is such a generic issue. 'Are we running out?' 'Can we assign a different room for this exam or operation?' 'Has the procedure started?' 'Is the patient already in recovery?' Generic questions that require a generic solution.

UG Track Pro is used to follow-up appointments planned in UltraGenda Pro into their execution phase. UG Track Pro being a generic solution, the application can be used in departments as diverse as endoscopy, operating theatres, imaging, functional tests, etc. UG Track Pro 'inherits' the planning data for the relevant department or clinic from UltraGenda Pro. Authorized users can then convert the plan into a program via drag and drop. Each procedure defined in UG Track Pro has its own workflow that invites or even forces the user to enter certain information at certain stages of the procedure. This enables the control room to monitor progress of the various procedures and to adjust where appropriate.
