UltraGenda Pro 6.3
The present release provides an important update to UltraGenda Pro and includes new features, feature enhancements and a number of bug fixes. UltraGenda recommends all customers to update their UltraGenda Pro environment to the latest version. Please note that the present release includes all previously released bug fixes and feature enhancements.

PRO-1215, PRO-2785 | Access times tool now supports results per schedule
The Access times tool can now also return the free slots per schedule. Additionally a setting is provided to return the first free time slots instead of the first free days.
PRO-1763 | 'Admission in use' setting
A new 'admission in use' parameter is available at central setup. With this setting it is possible to indicate whether admissions should be processed when receiving inbound HL7 messages. This applies to ADT A01, ADT A02, ADT A03, ADT A05, ADT A08, ADT A11, ADT A12, ADT A13 and ADT A14.

PRO-2215 | MSI installer for Choose & Book (UK)
The UltraGenda Pro installer can now also install the Choose & Book (UK) functionality as an extra feature.
PRO-2772 | Support episode rules for Choose & Book (UK) appointments
When receiving Choose & Book (UK) appointments, the episode rules linked to the appointment type are now taken into account. Episodes are created if needed and appointments are automatically linked to the correct episodes.
PRO-2773 | Support of predefined referrers for Choose & Book (UK) appointments
When receiving Choose & Book (UK) appointments, instead of storing the referrer as a note on the appointment it is mapped to predefined referrers in UltraGenda Pro.
PRO-2621 | Support gender awareness when searching for free slots
UltraGenda Pro now informs the user when a slot search conflicts with the patient's preference to be seen by a doctor of the same sex. More information about this topic can be found in the 'Manual for the central and departmental administrator'.
PRO-2974 | Enforce patient selection when starting booking process
It is now configurable that the user is encouraged to select a patient when starting a booking process.
PRO-2708 | Support for order number modifications using the HL7 SRM S03 message
The SRM S03 message can now be used to update the order information of existing appointments.
PRO-2709 | Inbound HL7 episode messages will trigger outbound episode messages
When processing episodes (triggered by any inbound HL7 message), UltraGenda Pro will send out the correct HL7 messages notifying other applications (and UG Contacts Store) that these episodes were processed.
PRO-2713, PRO-2714, PRO-2715 | Provide patient reminder modes and reminder history
UltraGenda Pro is now aware of how a patient wants to be reminded about his appointments. This information is received through HL7 messages and is exposed to e.g. reminder services. These services can notify UltraGenda Pro that reminders were sent. This information will be visible in the appointment history.
PRO-2819 | Possibility to skip episode registration when booking an appointment
When booking an appointment the application asks, depending on the episode rules, to select an applicable episode. It is now possible to configure that this episode selection can be skipped to a later time so that the booking is done without linking the appointment to an episode.

When publishing events in a setup with load-balanced application servers, the name of the application server that created the event is now also logged.

PRO-2401
In certain cases when creating a multi-resource or order set waiting list entry, the referrer was not always required even though it was set to be required in the definition. This issue is now resolved.

When running under very high load, the Choose & Book (UK) add-on crashed in certain cases. This issue is now resolved.
PRO-2664
When closing multi-resource appointments in group for which the accessory appointments are to follow the master appointment's registrations, those accessory appointments were not closed automatically. This issue is now resolved.

When adding the 'Calendar Synchronisation for MS Exchange' feature to an existing UltraGenda Pro installation, the configuration screens were not shown resulting in a feature that did not work. This issue is now resolved.
